Table field standardizer

Standardize dates, amounts, IDs, mappings and empty cells by column, with change previews and error reports.

Local processing
Instructions and limits
  1. Import CSV, TSV or XLSX and choose the sheet, encoding and header setting. Add date, amount, padding, mapping, empty-cell or character-width rules by column.
  2. Preview changes and errors. Export the result and error report or continue with deduplication, replacement rules or filtering. Save rules for the next table.

Up to 12 rules, 20,000 records, 200 columns and 200,000 cells. Dates use explicit formats; exact amounts reject precision loss by default. Failed cells retain their originals. Presets include headings, mapping values and fill text, but no table contents. Headerless inputs use column positions and retain the first row.

Use cases and example

Prepare orders, registrations or inventories from different systems by standardizing dates, amounts, identifiers and status values before import.

Convert YYYY/MM/DD to YYYY-MM-DD, format amounts to two decimal places and pad identifiers to six digits. Review changes and errors, export results and the error report, then save rules for the next table with matching headings.

Date formats are explicit. Amounts reject precision loss by default; rounding or truncation requires a choice. Failed cells retain their original values and appear in an error report. IDs stay text; missing original digits are not inferred.
