Filter, sort and summarize tables

Filter by multiple conditions, sort columns, group and summarize, then export results.

Local processing
Instructions and limits
  1. Import CSV, TSV or XLSX and check encoding and worksheet. Choose text, number or date conditions with all/any matching.
  2. Add multi-column sorting, grouping and aggregates. Run and inspect matched, excluded or summary results, then download or continue to column operations or splitting.

Up to 20,000 records, 200 columns and 200,000 cells; CSV 5 MB, XLSX 10 MB. Headers must be unique and nonempty. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD and numbers use exact decimal arithmetic; invalid values identify their row and column. Explicitly saved local presets include column names and condition values.

Use cases and example

Filter orders, inventory or registration lists by several conditions and summarize counts or amounts by department or status. Save rules for recurring exports.

Filter orders to completed status and amounts above 100, sort by date, then sum amounts by region. Download matched orders, excluded records and summaries separately for review.

Column types are explicit; IDs are not automatically numeric. Empty values are excluded from numeric aggregates while counts include records. Invalid numbers or dates report an error. Summaries are ordinary tables rather than full Excel pivot tables.
