Split and merge columns

Split a table column by a separator or merge several columns.

Instructions and limits
  1. Upload or paste CSV/TSV, choose split or merge, then select Read columns.
  2. Choose target columns and separator, process, preview and download CSV.

Splitting uses the chosen separator, not address or name semantics. Input is capped at 5 MB, 50,000 rows or 300,000 cells; one cell can split into at most 20 columns.
