PDF print layout

Arrange PDF pages on A4, A3 or Letter sheets, adjust order, margins and orientation, then print.

Local processing
Instructions and limits
  1. Upload a PDF and choose 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per A4, A3 or Letter sheet. Set orientation, margins, gaps and row order.
  2. Choose source pages and their order, update the actual sheet preview and check each sheet. Download the print PDF. Print at actual size (100%) with 1 page per sheet to avoid applying layout twice.

Up to 80 MB and 300 pages; output up to 100 MB. Duplicate source pages appear once; unused last-sheet slots stay blank. Preserves text and vector content, but not links or bookmarks. Forms, signatures, visible annotations and optional layers must first be printed to PDF in their original app. Encrypted files, booklet imposition and automatic duplex binding are unsupported.

Use cases and example

Arrange slides, meeting notes or documents as multiple pages per printed sheet, using less paper while retaining scalable text and vector content.

Choose 4 pages per sheet, A4 landscape, 8 mm margins and 4 mm gaps. Preview sheet order and empty slots, then print the downloaded PDF at actual size with 1 page per sheet.

Auto rotation fits pages into cells without changing their order. Last-sheet blanks remain. Text shrinks with the page, so check readability. Booklet binding order is not provided; interactive PDFs need flattening through printing first.
