Batch QR codes and label printing
Paste or import CSV, generate QR codes and A4 labels, then download a print PDF or ZIP.
Instructions and limits
- Paste one value per line or import UTF-8 CSV and select content, caption, filename and copy-count columns.
- Generate a preview, choose an A4 preset or custom millimeter layout and download the print PDF. Print at actual size (100%) and test on plain paper first. PNG ZIP export is also available.
Up to 1 MB, 300 input rows and 300 labels including copies. Four quiet-zone modules are preserved. Dense codes need larger print dimensions. Captions use local fonts; presets do not fit every label-paper brand.
Use cases and example
Create QR labels for products, equipment, seats or event materials and lay them out on A4 paper. Import separate captions and per-record copy counts from a table.
Import a CSV with URL, equipment name and copies columns, assign them and choose a 24- or 21-label preset. Check the first-sheet preview, download the PDF and print at actual size (100%). Test scanning and alignment first.
QR content is static; dynamic links and scan analytics are not provided. Four quiet-zone modules remain around codes; dense data may need larger labels. Calibrate printer margins, fonts and paper dimensions with a test print.
